3. Ordering

You can pay for your order online using PayPal. mima friends does not retain your card details after processing your payment. Payment by cheque can only be made by completing a paper copy of the application form and posting or delivering it to us.

5. Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your memberships cards in their original packaging and with all relevant documentation within 14 days. Upon receipt mima friends will issue a refund within 30 days of the date on which mima friends receives your returned membership. If you use your membership before seeking to exercise your right of cancellation, mima friends reserves the right (so far as it may lawfully do so) to refuse to accept such cancellation.

While mima friends endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, mima friends will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
